Bitcoin multisig and change output

I have a BTC multisig wallet in Electrum. If I want to send from this multisig wallet do I need to specify a change output address or will Electrum do it for me automatically? I don’t want to send some and then the rest gets lost because I don’t control the change output. I heard that can happen with some wallets. Does anyone know about this?

Bitcoin Multisig

I tried setting up a 2-3 multisig using 3 Trezors and Electrum across 3 computers. The idea felt simple, but daunting in practice for beginners.
A browser-based wallet really is the way to go. Wish the trezor web wallet have plans for multisig soon.

How does anyone broadcast bitcoin multisig transactions in tails?

Does anyone know how to broadcast multi-sig transactions in tails? I'm trying to do so and it seems that the tor browser somehow blocks coinb.in from doing so on the "#sign" page. The "unsafe browser" can broadcast on coinb.in, however.
Is there an alternative to coinb.in? Tails seems to fuss with it. In any event, couldn't the electrum client simply sign a multi-sig transaction and then broadcast it? Why isn't everyone just using that?
